They said on the news report that the kids at that playground call it the Blair Witch Playground.

I also found out that swing on YouTube isn't the one in the news. This news article shows the video of the one in the news. It's in Argentina:

So I have no clue where the one on YouTube was filmed. One or both fakes?

The one in Argentina looks pretty spooky. The first did as well, but I'd have to rule out real due to them zooming in right before it happened, and then zooming out right before it stopped.
