The Party is inside however I may not be able to have everything out in my Yard Haunt because of rain..My biggest concern is my "Dougie" Witch (use dougie guts to make her talk & blink). If i used say a plastic ziplock back to put over the circuit board would it over heat?? I really want to have her running but not at the expense of frying her..Anyone have any input if this would work?

    Troy,
How tight do you have to have the ziplock. If there is no wind could you just put plastic film over the top and leave the bottom side open allowing the heat to dissipate. How warm is it where you live? We would not have to worry about the heat if the prop was outside in Minnesota.

    Another thing -
Don't worry about the rain forecast. There isn't much you can do to influence it. We had a 60% chance of rain forecast for Halloween here in Minnesota 2 days ago. Today they say there is only a 10% chance of scattered showers.

Why not make a little lean to/shack for her?

no time for a shack, i have 3 witches in the group so it would be a decent sized shack...temp. is supposed to be cool so i think the ziplock idea may be ok.

I don't know how well it would stick to the back of her, but Glad makes those "Press N' Seal" wraps that you could try to seal around the circuit board with. Another idea would be to cut a garbage bag length-wise in half and cover her from the shoulders down with it (attached with double-sided tape.) That way it's hanging more loosely but the board is still covered. Let us know what you do!
