Thousands of homes and hundreds of thousands being evacuated... Several HUGE fires are affecting areas all the way from Malibu to the border. Fires near here may not be contained until November 1st.
No idea what Halloween will be like anymore... Places around here are being evacuated. The cemetery outside is covered in ash.
Really REALLY upsetting. If we're evacuated, I'm taking my decorations! (heh)
How's everyone else coping?

I'm so sorry to hear that!
(And I thought it was tough to TOT in snow!)
Maybe you can do a communtiy haunt wherever you're being evacuated to. The most important thing is get somewhere safe, though.

important thing is that you and family are safe and then to have your house safe as well ..... i know we always say it is just material things but i understand how you feel if like many of us it is a passion more then just things you know....and some things canot be replaced , neither the time and effort that was put in it.....
but do stay safe , will have many positive toughts sent your way for you and family......A Witch from Canada

I'm so sorry to hear about all the devestation out your way. I hope that you and your family are able to remain at home and not have to evacuate...and here's hoping that Mother Nature interveins and Halloween goes off without any problems at all!
I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass. I'm all out of bubble gum.
Laurie: "Was that the boogeyman?"
Dr. Loomis: "As a matter of fact...that was."
