Just got back from seeing 30 Days of Night. Gotta say it's fairly cool.

Better than I thought it would be. :-)

I'm looking forward to seeing it - the graphic novel is great! Too bad the movie won't have the beautiful artwork from the comic, though.

I really diden't think it was gore. I thought it was a pretty cool verstion of the Vampire but more with a modern day twist. A gory movie to me would be something like Saw and Hostle. There's blood and all but I guess it depends on what your deffention of gore is.

It was better than I thought it would be. Not a lot of gore but a few graphic parts. I thought that it was well done. Josh Hartnett was great in it too.

I'm with you. I consider gore to be Saw and Hostle. I refuse to watch anymore of the Saw movies (I saw the first one.) I love scary movies, but hate gore. I'm really looking forward to seeing this one, although I never go to theaters so I'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD.
