I finally got just about everything out and set up today, despite the wind. I still have a few more tombstones and graveyard "residents" to add but I'm pretty happy with my progress so far. Take a look!

Thanks everybody! Yes, the witches are my own creations. They are pvc frames with chicken wire bodies and heads made from styro wig heads. I carved noses, mouths, and chins out of styrofoam and attached them to the heads and then paper mached over everything. I had the most fun painting and detailing the faces. I could do that all day every day!

The book turned out ok, not nearly as good as the one on howloweenqueen's site, but it'll do. I think the big difference was that she used white foam and I had the blue industrial type stuff which seems to be a little harder to carve. Oh well.

The witches are amazing. Then to read you did them entirely yourself is impressive. My creative skills aren't as outgoing but i wish they were. That rocks.
