Thread: Bus idea ??

Looking for some ideas.. We are doing our first haunted trail this year. We open this week-end, things are coming together nicely, but am having trouble with one area. We have an old bus that we are incorporating into the haunt. Making them go through the bus at the very end. We are gonna have freddy step into the bus once everyone is inside, they enter thru the back and freddy will enter thru the front, as they flip out and turn immediatley to the back (we hope), then Jason will also enter from the back, causing them to feel trapped, not knowing what to do, my problem is.. as this scenario plays on.. we're wondering what to have them do. We got freddy in the front, Jason in the back and now what? hehe.. any ideas would be appreciated. Also, how to decorate this bus.. it looks scary as He77 all by itself.

hmmm... A local pro haunt in San Antonio dose this minus the jason. Now how to get them untrapped I dont know? Maybe Freddy and Jason start fighting? It's a good effect either way.

What about having a "civilian" (actor) come in behind Jason and club him and tell everyone to quickly get out over his body?

all I can think to add is to have one of them in the drivers seat looking normal from the back...till he turns around!

I was thinking pretty much the same thing.

I also thought about them two fighting as due to the movie, they do apparently have a rivalry, but that wouldn't be possible with all the people stuck in the middle of them.

To make the bus look a little creepier....litter it with leaves and old growth looking stuff and mud to make it look as if it has been out there awhile.

Hmm you know what would be cool if you had Freddy come from the roof emergency exit that would be a surprise then have Jason come maybe thru a window. Idk I think you should have them almost break into the bus then simply walk on but yet leave the back exit open for the people to leave.

Oh and it would be pretty cool if you take out the shocks and leave leaf springs so the buss is bouncy. You could put some pneumatic cylinders on the bus to make it rock as if Jason trying to tip it then just have him break into bus.
