Normally every year we do a garage haunt, along with a short outside walk through. Although this year the neighbor I usually do stuff with isn't serious at all about it(constantly sitting around, making up excuses not to do it, ect).
Since the start of September, the most she has let me do is put up one wall, and clean her garage for her

So I am pretty close to saying just screw it with her if she doesn't change FAST. And taking my $300 worth of props somewhere else.

I am thinking about possibly doing it at my house. The only problem is, I don't think I have much room to do a yard haunt, yet alone a full walk-through with rooms.

Here is a pic of my house/front yard taken last year. Just minus the snow right now, lol.

Would anyone have some suggestions? It's getting really close to Halloween, and I don't want my props to go to waste(which my neighbor begged me to buy BTW).

If nothing else do the yard haunt or utilize the driveway somehow.Maybe skip the walk-thru this year. Can those props be used outside, even if you wait till set-uo on the 31st?

Yeah, the props should be fine outside.
Like you said, I most likely will have to wait till TOT night, unless were having nice weather several days before.

    Thanks!

If I were you I'd give the naighbot the finger and be done with her. LOL. But your probably nice so hey.

First I'd make plans on paper and decide what you really want to use. Maybe if you have a back door you could do a walk-through in the house and at the end give the tot's candyy for making it through. Alot of the time people stress over space when really all you need is imagenation. GOOD LUCK. Post Pics!

I agree with Halloweenking! Don't waste your time on her!

If you don't mind your grass getting walked on, Sink a few landscape timbers a couple of feet in the ground, run some electric fence wire on the top, from post to post. Hang some black plastic on the wire. Or just staple the plastic to each timber. Put it up in a way that you have a short maze to your front door. It will be the same effect as doing it in the garage, only with natural moonlight. That is unless the weather is too bad for it. You have a good space to work with there in the front yard. Good luck!

That side door could be useful. Maybe use that area of the yard, or a prop could be coming out that door. It isn't a big yard, but looks like just enough space to do something spooky!
