ok like everyone else i have been working non stop every free minute i have to get my yard the way i want it. Laying there in bed the other night i said to myself - ok thats it - even though i have totes full of more stuff, half of dozen of more things to build this will be it for the year. My yard is already bigger than last. besides some last minute items fo trick or treat i need to stop. i wont ever be happy with what i have so stop now and enjoy what i have done. some of my great ideas will just wait until next year.

Yeah, my wife said almost the same thing to me yesterday. She just wants to be done for this season so we can enjoy it from now till the "big night".

I saw a house in Tempe Arizona where the residents just kept all the Halloween decorations out all year - unlike people in Albuquerque, who leave Christmas decorations up all year.

It's a good idea to give yourself a break...but do yourself a favor and record ideas you had for this year but didn't execute. If your brain is anything like mine, those ideas will fly away sometime in the next year. I swear, I could pour blood in one ear and it would pour out the other...oops, I mean water....
