Does anyone else actually have one? I do, now, and I am so, so unhappy with it. I thought I'd make an investment and go for the $175 one. For that kind of money, I expected something really efficient. Temperamental is not the word--it plain doesn't work. The glue doesn't advance when you squeeze the trigger, the trigger stays in once you've squeezed it, and the air stream blows the hot glue right back on the nozzle, not away. I don't know if I got a defective one, or what, but I e-mailed them about returning it, and haven't heard back. Is this company on the up-and-up?![]()

You may have to adjust the nozzle until it blows in the right spot. Thats what I had to do with mine and then it worked great.

Using a web gun is not a piece of cake. It takes a knack to get the right air pressure and feed of the glue stick to make nice webs. With a little practice you should get the hang of it.

Minions will stand behind they're product, he might just be a little busy with Halloween orders/shipping stuff & Ebay. I have the webcaster & it does take a little to get it just right. air preassure, feed etc.But it does make a kiler webbing.
When you look in the mirror at midnight,....what looks back at you.........
