They've released the Paul Lynde '76 Halloween Special on DVD. It's the one with KISS on it. So cool - Lynde was a genius!

Awesome. I hope it's a clearer copy than the one I bought a year ago. It was a bootleg obviously, and not a very good one at that.

S'More Entertainment? This means that it's most likely a poor quality bootleg (Oh yes, those do manage to get into major retailers). You can get more information about this sort of thing (and S'More Entertainment, aka St. Clair Entertainment) here.

I received mine yesterday from Amazon. I'm sure I'll give it a look this weekend. I'll report back on the quality. I have fond memories of this show as a kid. It'll be fun to see it again!

I sort of remember this. I did go on Netflix and added it to my Q.

Mine doesn't have any kind of name of who made it so I'm sure it was a homemade copy.

Yeah, that sounds right. I suspect that the S'More DVD will be sourced from a homemade copy as well.

No. The REAL commercial copy (put out by S'More Entertainment) is not sourced from a bootleg copy. Additionally, it includes sections that are not on the bootleg version.
