Hi everyone. I'm having 2 halloween parties, one for my teenage boys the friday before halloween and 1 on the saturday before halloween as a surprise b-day party. the invites are plaster of paris toes aged with india ink tied with mortuary toe tags. i have the food covered but wanted to make a surround for the fireplace and wanted to make masks of our families faces........so far i'm not doing too good. the 3-d gel set too quickly so not a complete face, the plaster of paris took too long and my teenage son broke it..........any ideas?? I want a true casting of our faces and not some paper mache thing. thanks for any ideas
