Spirit Halloween has some realistic hands - latex or rubber or something. $8-13 I think depending on the body part. They had hands, arms +hands, feet, legs +feet.

Ebay is the best that I've seen so far. Check this out: http://cgi.ebay.com/Sick-Bag-Of-Huma...QQcmdZViewItem

I think those are pretty reasonable looking for a decent price, roughly $5 per part. The same seller has a bunch of auctions for the same item starting at $9.00, although it seems to me that the winning bids have been pretty close to the BIN price - so you might only save a few dollars by bidding. I bought one of these body part bags, and a five or six piece lot of Donner Meat items (for my party I'm decorating the kitchen this year). I haven't received them yet, but I'll let you know how they are once I get them.

Suprisingly, K-Mart has some pretty good dismembered parts - sickly coloring, messy stumps, reasonable price.

    Factorycard Outlet

I bought 2 severed hands, & a leg or $23 plus tax. They also had the severed hand to the elbow & the severed leg, from foot to knee. The far right hand is vinyl $6. The other two are foam with chain shackles & a hook $7 each.

So, I got my parts from ebay today, and I am pleased with them. I bought them from Alarming Products. They aren't movie quality or anything, but I am going to display them in red light with blood on them, so I think they will produce the desired effect. Each part averaged only $5 or so. Plus they included hooks to hang them and a squeeze bottle of blood, and those were nice extras that I wasn't expecting. Here are some photos so you can see for yourself.
