I live in North MS and work at our local newspaper. I have access to a ton of free pallets here. The ad's come in on these pallets and we just throw them away.
This is a list of things you could get from your local newspaper free if not relatively cheap.
End roll- Paper that does not have any ink on it. Great for stuffing bodies, covering windows, also used for many other everyday items. $1.00-12.00
Bundle of newspaper- Stuffing bodies, etc.. $1.00 for 50 papers
Cardboard boxes- advertisements come in.. FREE
Wooden Pallets- We tear them apart and make creepy fences out of them. .FREE

I also forgot to include that you may be able to purchase 55 gallon drums we sell ours for $8.00 each. Can be used for those that decorate in the TOXIC theme. Etc...

Thanks for the info, we don't get the paper so that is handy to know.
I get free pallets from a flooring store. They always have a stack out by the road.
