Default Black light and strobe

I am getting ready for a planning meeting with some other folks this Sunday to figure how we're going to set up a walk through for Halloween.

I was trying to come up with some ideas for lighting, this is going to be an outside event.
I have a web gun (Thank you FE) and some uv glue sticks (Thank you Sickie Ickie).
Obviously I'm going for the black light effect.

But I was wondering how the props would look under black light with a strobe light flashing on them?
I don't have a strobe as of yet, so I can't test the idea.

Is there such a thing as a black light strobe?
And if so, how bright would it be?

Any input would be appreciated.
