Does anyone have decorations from the 1990's?
Specifically, those tacky witches that had led eyes, and would hold a skull or pumpkin in one hand, and make the 'typical woooooooooooooooooo' noise?
and... skeleton string lights that had an adjustable flicker box... so you could choose how fast they flickered?
I love older decorations. It just sounded like something fun to discuss.

LMAO! Yes we had LED's in the 90, even the 80's. I'm almost positive I had one in my first pocket calculator in mid 70's. Don't know why they called it a 'pocket cal'. I guess it would have fit in a large coat pocket. LOL ( and before you ask, Yes. I watched cartoons and the first moon landing on a black and white TV. LOL)
I have some skelly flicker lights but they don't have the control box.The cold winter air lets me know I'm still alive. I feel it as I breath in and see it as it leaves me. It's the point in-between I'm not sure about.....

I believe LED's existed but not in colored lights until recently.

I have a witch, a indoor one, that is about 2 feet or so tall, and moves her head and hands, one that is holding a pumpkin.. She's kinda cheesy, but inherited it from mom-in-law, so she is special. I also have a plastic pumpkin with a light in it, one of the first of it'a kind, from the early to mid sixtys, I got it as a kid, and have to still put it out for sentimental reasons. I was the only kid that had one, thought I was too cool. That may have been the start of the maddness!I
I have flying monkeys- and I'm not afraid to use them!

I have the witch holding a pumpkin that moves & makes noise with red blinking eyes.
Also a Grim Reaper that moves the scythe back & forth and says "I'm coming to get you"
Really cheesy stuff but younger folks may not rrealize that back in the day that was all there was for decor except jack o lanterns.New Hampshire: America's Original Haunted Attraction

Yes, I have one of those skeletons with the flickering eyes. We got it just after we were married in the late 80's. I also kept all the decorations we had as kids, so I have a lot from the 50's and 60's. I just love them, even though they are a bit worn.

Oh, I love that witch. Every year we have to buy her new "D"size batteries 'cuz she gets used so much. I'll be so sad when she finally quits working!
Being a child of the late '60s/early '70s, I too have some older decor - one of those kitty-on-pumpkin paper-honeycomb table decorations, an original poseable skeleton cutout, those plastic window pictures (on clear plastic, I think they were the progenitors of the window clings of today). So much nostalgia when those items make an appearance!Haunt to Live ... Live to Haunt

I have a bunch of those: a motion-activated ghost (sadly, I have no idea how to replace the batteries so it doesn't get used much anymore), some masks, a pair of green "blinking eyes" (really just a light turning on and off), some small "stuff your own" plastic ghosts, a foam Jack-O-Lantern, a wiggling rubber hand (with a red wire in the back leading to the battery casing), an inflatible skeleton, and a motion-activated dropping spider. The spider looks fairly goofy nowadays, especially since more realistic versions are now on the market. I also have a flat-backed skull with motion-activated moving eyes from the late 90's, so the basic design and features have been reused in enough modern props that it probably won't seem "old" to most people.
