With only a little over 6 weeks left, what does everyone still have to finish up?

1. frame, skin, carve and paint two wall sections
2. animate stirring witch prop
3. build three pvc frame dummies for static graveyard props
4. touch up cemetery columns
5. build wooden shelf unit for witch scene
6. dry brush castle wall facade from last year
7. make a few more witch ingredient bottles
8. reconfigure yard lighting to include new led spots

I'm sure there are a few more odds and ends but this is the bulk of it. I need to kick into high gear!

too much too list. I dont do a do list till a couple days before Halloween.

Put axels, wheels, plastic for windows, hang curtains, mount bucky, wire lights, and hide computer for hearse....
Build coffin, outfit it with fog, motor, and lights for hearse...
Build eerie signpost, wire it, come up with clever sinage....
Build other half of pirate ship, paint, hoist mast, make sails, build support for bucky, attach bucky and crew and lighting....
Build base for cannon, wire up light fog and concussion cannon inside, figure out a way to control it with vsa....
Finish assembling 3 animated 3axis skulls, program them....
Finish assembling 3 talking only skulls for pirate crew and program them....
Carve remaining 7 funkins, wire them to kit74, program them....
Perhaps build entry collums and a fence...
Find some way to protect all of this....
Work out lighting and fog....
And take a bunch of asprin

ahh where to start.. build the bigest fx fire I ever tried( about 10 feet long) re do flying crank ghost(she's old). build iron maden, build psycho shower prop,make reaper 8 ft tall for fx fire,send out for glow necklaces and treasure chest items and terror eyes dvd and squirting mech from NowThisIsScary (forum member) carve more pumpkins well you get the idea. and it keeps changing always! plus planning our aunual halloween/ anniversary/birthday party on top of it all.never seems like enough time, but it usually pans out

I still have to make a "Wheel of Fortune" which is how TOTers will 'win' their treats. I give out everything from all sizes of stuffed animals to toys to paddleballs and small treat bags.

My downfall in years past was not assembling the props I have far enough in advance. So this year, even though it will take up a huge amount of space, I'll need to get everything out of storage and have it ready to set in place.

Everything. I'm gone 12 hours a day. With work around the house, I haven't gotten the time.
I start four weeks vacation October 7. I hope to get most of it done during that time.

Test Fog Machine
Liquid Sky
Power supplies
Paint Backdrop to hide equipment
Probably a number of other things I won't realize until I begin set-up.

here I was thinking I had about six weeks left, then I remembered I set my stuff up on October 1st, so that is about 2 and a half weeks... let's see.... I need to...
Paint my cemetery fence.
Finish Building and paint cemetery fence columns.
Add pneumatics to props that need them.
Build control board for pnuematic props.
Construct or buy some corpses.
Buy a couple of fog machines.
Buy a lot of candy... I'm guessing $200 to $300 worth.
Build more tombstones (don't know if there can ever be enough)
"Weather" a few props, coffins etc.
Buy a lot more lights and extension cords.

and much much more... I better get busy!

Finish invitations and give them out
Carve pumpkins
Finish prize baskets
Fix trophies for costume contest
Make costume accessories
Get my husband's costume ready
Get stuff together for party games
Hmmmmmmmm.....I'm sure I'm forgetting something........

Finish the last 10% of my animated wood elf I started 2 years ago
Finish my 4 skeleton droppers
Build two animated spider victims
Break out my new webcaster gun and practice
Make my demon costume
Repair my Death Wraith costume from 2 years ago
Make my static 'Horus' prop inspired by Krough
Make my 8 foot 'Roots' based prop inspired by Pumpkinrot
Finish my new mausoleum (only framed right now)
Put a motor on my FCG and tweak it
Test all my mechanicals from last year
Finish my 'Legion' talking prop
