I'm currently in Canada on Business. An old girlfriend has learned that I am here and has invited me over to her estate on Vancouver Island to catch up on old times. My sister tells me she's become a "Wiccan". What can I expect?

You probably know her well enough to know which she'll be!

Seriously, some people who call themselves Wiccan are just bored housewives, some are deeply spiritual and revere nature. Like maximpakt said, it all depends on the person.

Yeah, what they said. Some people claim to be pagan/Wiccan/witches because it's cool to buck the traditional religious systems these days, and others are very serious about their beliefs and practices. I've known some of both; the posers drive me nuts, but I suppose they're harmless for the most part.
If you want to learn a bit beforehand, check out this website: http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm#menu I doubt that it's all-inclusive, but it's a place to start with the basics.Gothikim

If she isn't inviting you specifically to take part in her religion, I doubt you have to expect a thing. There are no church services to attend, no pamphlets or conversions you have to pass out or attempt. The basic tenet is "As you harm none, do as you will." And Wiccans and pagans generally don't force beliefs on others. While she may have some space set aside for her beliefs, a ritual area, unless you ask I doubt you'll notice anything at all.
Unless, like someone said, shes as kooky as the other side of the spectrum...like the damn Mormon missionaries who parked in front of my house AGAIN today while annoyng, er..."visiting" the neighbothood. I have had a car before(identified by the volume of propaganda visible in the back seat) parked before, but was unable to catch the persons driving it(cause they skipped my house oddly enough-maybe the skull and crossbone shields on the fence?)
I had left several notes on the last one with polite no parking requests, to finally a"next time you get towed" note.
Today I moved my cars and blocked them in so I'd see them. I asked them to disseminate the info to the rest of the cult and not to park there without permission again. next time I'm blocking them in and calling for a tow.
Sorry for the rant....I just think its polite to ask before parking partly on someones lawn for hours...if its a yard sale, delivery, or something legitamate, fine, but I draw the line at using my house for that.

The only exposure I've had with wicca is a lady i worked with at a wal-mart in Connecticut was Wiccan. The only thing I saw is she wore a lot of black, and once in a while she would sit out at the smoking area outside and light candles. Other than that I don't have any clue.
