Hey all, It's Jason and it is Halloween party time!!! Every year my group of friends and I put on a Halloween party. It has been getting bigger and bigger every year and now...... IT IS HUGE!!! We have rented a big place in down town indy. I wanted to invite anyone here on the forums that wanted to go. I will put the specifics below. We are expecting 400 people this year!!! Everyone who came last year said it was the best Halloween party they had ever been to. There will be a huge dance floor and also a place for people to chill and hang out as well.

Here is the low down on the party.

The Indy Gang Halloween IV
Location is in Down Town Indy in the old centrum... see below for a virtual tour
Date will be Saturday October 27 9:30pm - 2:00am
There will be unlimited beer and possibly wine with admission ie:we are getting 9 kegs!!!
There will also be free food, pop and punch.
We will have 3 DJ's!! with a stage and dance floor.
Costume Contest.... with good prizes... $50-$100 for just first place
The place will be done up from top to bottom.
You MUST BE 21
We will have security there (off duty cops)

There will be no off site alcohol allowed nothing allowed in or out just like a bar. We are having to get a beer and wine temporary license for the event and I don't feel like going to jail because someone decided to sneak something in...

Obviously there is NO Drugs of any kind.

This is a private party and you will be given a password to get in the door.

Now the good stuff.... price... what will this party cost you... $40.... noooo.....$20.... noooo....

Only $10 per person !!! before the party (We are setting up a paypal account)
$13 at the door.

Donations of any kind are welcome!! Money, time, food, drink, props... whatever, it is all welcome. There are only 6 of us putting this on. A lot of the props will be build by me and Amy Jo..... AHH president and Vice President..

We are also looking for sponsors.... if anyone has a business they would like to advertise we have no problems hanging a sign in side or handing out fliers, depending on the donation and donation type, epically if it is Halloween based. We also have a myspace page so we could put you up there as well.

We are also looking for a wine sponsor. If you are a winery, liquor chain, whatever, if you would like to donate a couple of cases of cheap wine we have no problems setting up a table with your stuff on it, like hand outs, info or would like to set up a booth and sell your wine by the glass that is fine too.
