Thread: Battery operated "Strobes" at Target

Just thought I'd let fellow haunters know... I just picked up 4 of these in the $2.50 / $1.00 bins at the front of the Target store near me. They come with batteries and have 2 bright LEDs rather than a capacitor fired strobe bulb. At first I thought that this wasn't good. However, the lower light level and the adjustable speed will let me keep light levels down in the haunt. The other nice thing is being battery operated I can stick them anywhere. FYI... they also had baby rotating blue police beacons. Don't know how useful they would be though.

I posted in the Big Lots thread, but they've got a strobe about the size of a deck of cards that has an adjustable setting (4 LED lights total). $6. Yours sounds about the same but cheaper. I'll have to check them out.
