I just had to share a view of the rising full mon tonight as seen from Golden, Co.
With it being a bright orange color and the way the clouds out east were formed around it, it looked like a huge evil eye just hanging in the sky.

Just one more thing to put you in the spirit!

when it rose here in michigan it was a perfect red orange that was just gorgeous. now its a pale yellow but still as captivating.
have to be careful staring at it or i'll lose track of time.

Despite the fact that it is still hot as hades here, you can also tell that summer is coming to a close and autumn is coming our way. When the sun was setting here tonight, the clouds had that very wispy, fall like look to them...a sure sign that haunt season is just around the corner.... YIPPEE!!!
I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass. I'm all out of bubble gum.

no moon burns have happened yet. sadly the same cannot be said about sun burns. *sigh* its so bad i can feel my skin searing as it turns redder and redder.
alas that is why i bask in the moonlight.

Put on some Aloe and leave the burned areas exposed and sit out in the night air as long as you can...always works for me!

i just avoid the sun as much as possible, and when i cant: spf50.
as for sitting out at night, ravenous mosquitoes are merciless and nothing can stop them.
i guess im stuck being pale and creepy, which is just fine with me! ^_^

I went outside a little while ago (at 4am) and was pleasantly surprised to see the huge full moon! Looked very creepy in the dead silent dark!
