I see no makeup forums at halloweenforum.com so I'm posting here.

My niece has hosted the family's last two Halloween parties and will probably do it again this year. I'm planning to be Regan MacNeil this year. The wig and night gown are no problem. I was planning to stick one-ply tissue to my face with flesh colored latex and fill in the rest of my face with matching colored base makup. Then I was going to make cuts in the latex and color inside the cuts with red. Is this the best way to do this, or is there a better way? (I'm a makeup novice.)
