    Chris,
No problem! I think it was on for a total of two seasons...and then I guess the programmers at MTV thought that shows like "The Hills" and "My Super Sweet 16" would be more appealing....blech. LOL

Now THAT was a great show. I loved watching that. The kids all seemed really scared. Remember, your mind makes up much more horrific things that what the eyes can actually see. They were put in the worst places and it just.. works on you.. after awhile.

Gosh I wish they'd bring that back. I was afraid along with them.

ME TOO! I use to sit and ring my hands when they were out doing their research...LOL Like you said, what made that show so great way that your mind was racing as you were watching it and the kids were reacting to things you couldn't see or hear.

I too wish they'd bring it back, it was such a fantastic show!

We finally got a chance to see Room 401. Not sure that I liked it that much. I want to see the people’s responses when they find out they’ve been duped. Some of the set ups are really good (moving head in the jar, burned hand, man sucked into the jet engine) but the whole show just left me wanting something more. Why is it that when they try to do shows like this they never seem to get it exactly right?

Fear was a good show, but I think towards the end it started to go a bit too far. For example, I remember an episode where they had someone put a noose around their neck. That was just crazy.

Finally saw the show last night! It was 'ok'. I share the same sentiment as others, in that it'd be nice to see the reactions of the frightened. It reminds me of Scare Tactics, with a bit less lean of the sci-fi aspect of the scaring. The host's one-liners got tiresome after the second episode. I'll probably keep watching, though because: 1)it probably won't be on long and 2)it fills the Fear/Scare Tactics void. As I told my fiance the other day, I'd watch a show that was just people jumping out of places scaring people (a la some of the "Funniest Videos" stuff), so some would agrue my taste isn't all the great.

That's one of the only reasons I use to watch "America's Funniest Home Videos" to watch people get the crap scared out of them...LOL I use to LOVE their Halloween episode as well!
