ahhhh, I'm so jealous! I'm living in Oklahoma now and there ar NO party city stores in the entire state. I was hoping to NOT have to make a trip to "see the folks" just so I can shop for halloween stuff. We'll see......

To add insult to injury... it is 50% off clearance prices. The wife and I loaded up a cart with stuff we didn't need and walked out the door for $24.06.

Wish ours would get their butts in gear - they've only got their costumes on clearance for $5 & $10. The rest is all table/partyware, so I'm hoping it'll all be out soon.

I think in OKC, they have a similar place called "Party Universe" and "Party America".

Went to my Party City today and all they had were costumes. Just like last year.

As I said on another post....for you complaining that yours has nothing good...ASK. Talk to a manager. First, take a look around, especially on the top shelves at the rear of the store...they typically have a lot of torn, opened boxes of display merchandise, stuff that you can get WAY cheap. the manager may be only too happy to get the damaged goods out of his way. I got 6 $30-$40 reapers last year for $5 each. They will have tons of stuff coming in in a month, they need those shelves empty. Always talk to a manager...they may be a chain, but managers have a lot of leeway.
