Check out Masterpiece eyes. At the home page click on "eyes" at the top of the menu on the left of the screen and you will find all kinds of eyes you can down load and edit with a paint program to get what you want. http://www.softglasseyes.com/ As for the viens get some red yarn and strip out the threads and use clear finger nail polish to stick them to the ping pong ball. They make very realistic viens.

If you want to float them in a cauldron you can weight them down.
I put a screw in the bottom of the ping pong ball, so the eyes are always looking up.

If you put a dab of clear silicone sealant or "Goop" over the small hole before
screwing in a small pan head sheet metal screw it will be sealed for good. I
would use stainless steel screws so they don't rust over time. You could even
apply some goop to the head of the screw after it's inserted and attach some
yarn or string to that for an optic nerve.
