Damn! I was just chasing that black cat that crossed my path when I knocked over the ladder I ran under which fell down and smashed a full length mirror. Fortunatly, there was an umbrella in the house, so I opened it to protect me from the splinters of glass from the mirror.
Other than that, my day has been fine .... knock on wood.

I remember hearing on the radio when I was living on Maui many years ago, that, in Hawaii, at least, Traffic accidents on Friday the 13th are a lot more common than ordinary Fridays, and that, to start with, Friday is the day of the week when most accidents occur. Ever since that, I've been really cautious driving on F-13.

There were two major accidents not far from me this morning..all within a mile from eachother...shutting down I-70 in both directions!

Celebrated my Friday the 13th birthday with a licensing visit at work and an heard about an accident down the street. Otherwise all was good with roses, roundtable pizza, angelfood cake with strawberries and coolwhip, and presents!
