Hey all. Just wanted to chime in on our weekend at the fright fest. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The people here are just great folks. Always willing and wanting to talk. We got to meet many good folks. I won't shout out names because I am the worst with them. Sorry!! There is 1 name I will shout to. And that is crazy Karen. What a great lady and how she pulls this off is way beyond me. Smooth sailing for the most part on the account of some thunder storms that rolled through. Other than that it was just plain hot. The seminars/make and takes where a lot of fun. Here is a pic I took of my little boneman standing with a corsped Bucky from 1 of the seminars.

We had brought a camper full of food with us and hardly used any of it. Food and drink where every where all the time. On the night of the dinner pot luck we brought 2 dishes just so we could use up some of it. The raffles and give aways were great. The raffle for the casket was just to die for. My little son Tyler (9) was so excited to here our name called for 1 of the give aways. And this kid did not stop playing with the other kids until he just could not hold out any more and fell of the picnic table to sleep.
My older son Nick (16) started this whole thing off with the blah attitude. By day 2 he was no where to be found. He hooked up with a couple of other teens who where doing the baby room in the haunted house. He helped them out with the room and was so proud he could say that he got to shoot the webs in the room. Plus he had the run of the house to see all the rooms being set up and what not. Need less to say he had a great time.
I did not get a chance to vote on the new logo on the account that we mis placed the voting marble. Funny how it turned up after we got back to New York. I should ask Karen if she wants her marble back....
The turn out was way more than I had expected. The Haunted house was great. A huge thanks to all the crews who took the time to set a room cause it was very hot. Here is a link to a video twisteddemensia shot. It is towards the bottom of the page in the comments section. Right under where it says OK here's the actual video! I do not see a link. But if you mouse over it it will high light to let you play the video.

Our camper was down on the lower end in the grove of trees. other than that i was in and out of seminars. snooping around the haunted house, talking with folks and trying to keep track of my little one. i did miss the make and take for the web spinner and wanted to purchase one. do you know how to get a hold of bryan?

Boneman, from what i know bryan sold out of the web spinners in a heart beat. He said it was because of me. I used it for my dessert seminar and i got it from him last year. I was telling everyone that i purchased it from him. It just so happens that he was doing him seminar right after me.
I know he sells it for 25 bucks preassembled. Let me contact karren of the Motor city haunt club and she will know how to get a hold of him.
