What a fun trip! It was almost too hot to have fun, but thank jeebus for cold beverages...

We went to the famous cemetery and saw some ACTUAL epitaphs like we use so often. "I told you I was sick" was one of my favorites, and is on one of my tombstones. A new one to me was "Now I know where he sleeps at night."

Now I'm back to reality.... how long till cool weather and Halloween?

We aren't really into scuba. We snorkel, but prefer to enjoy things topside. We have friends that live and breathe (no pun intended) scuba... but that dominates an entire trip, when we can soak in a place and enjoy tons of adult beverages!

    LOL, yes the adult beverage...Yummy!!

and you are right, dominates the entire trip.
Thinking of a trip last year (live aboard mind you) we pulled off 26 dives in 6 days.

Maybe one day we'll get hooked on it, too. But for now, we enjoy the boat part more than anything. We take a couple big boat trips per year in addition to regular tooling around. One of the missions was to see if it was practical to find transient docking in Key West. I'm kinda up in the air about it.

Yes, that is our boat. That shot is taken off Cape San Blas in Florida.

I haven't been to Key West in 21 years (how do I know? I was preggers w/ our 20 year old! ) and should be making a visit back this year or next as my sis wants to go there next time she comes down to visit.

    I'll bet it's changed a lot.

So did you find "transient docking" and what did the costs look like?
