Good news!
The hosts of the Hallowed Haunting Grounds now have a video clip of their show on their website. All of the major props can be seen and the actual sounds used at the haunt. For those who have never seen it in person can now get an excellent idea of how it looked in person. This video is the next-best thing to being there in person.
It's very well done. It can be seen on the website in the "Beneath the Hallowed Haunting Grounds."

That was quite rad! Where exactly is this place?

It was located in Studio City, California. In the San Fernando Valley about 15 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

When you say "it was" does that mean this place no longer exists? If that's so, that's a bummer because it looked awesome!

Yes, "was." Its last year was 2005. Too bad. But it did kind of get too big. The line to see it was about 4-5 houses long up to around 10:30 PM. Then it thinned out but was still 2 houses long. This would be the last 3-4 years of the show.
But I'm glad that most of the major props survived and the website will continue.
