I've seen better. 4' black light bulbs are usually about $12 around here.
18" black lights w/fixture about 9.99 at wally world/kmart.

I think the prices are a little above average.
I have seen them for the prices listed and less at retail stores, like Wilbret said.
Plus you also have shipping charges.
Just my two pennies.

I thought that I had seen many of the things cheaper in stores during season, but am not the best at remembering prices. heheheh Plus I was thinking more for ordering ahead rather than spending the money at crunch time. So just thought I'd put it out there.
