Anybody see these around last Halloween? I got this one at Wall-mart a week after Halloween for just under $6.00..
The thing that sold me, was the hollowed moans this thing let's out. 'I tryed the test button before buying'..
Well, I got it home and there was a little assembly required, 'no biggy'.
The face plus 2 hands are lined to a long black plastic tube with fishing line. There is 4 small black lites that casts a glow to the hands a face.
The other thing that surprized me, is it also antmates! It gos up and down on the moterized lines, while moaning, Owwwwww, Owwwww...
Well, I luv it! and for just under $6 it was probably my happest day for a deal!~
Oh- I added the hair myself, with some hot glue...

Nice, I would have picked up a couple for that price. If only for the hands!!
There will come a time when you have a chance to do the right thing.
I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by.

    Maureenpr'-
I actually did pick up 2. One at Wall-mart the other at 'Micheals'.
The one at Micheals comes with glowing red eye's."I think that's the one I posted".
But they are just alike, except the packages are different and the slightly higher price tag on the red eye version. ..Still, I got it at 75% off and about $6! The retail was only about $16-$20.
    Thanks

I like the addition of the hair! Are you going to modify the other one in a different way?

    Nice hair addition!

I have this one too, although I think I paid a bit more for it Just couldn't wait until after H-ween!

I cut the cheesy gauze robe off and replaced it with a longer shroud of black netting that looks like a real robe. I also sawed the stumpy wrists off, since they seemed to be making the hands tilt funny. Did you notice that with yours? Maybe it was just my dumb luck to get a defective ghostie

    Themaskman,
What a great find. Nice hair addition. You have a beautician position in your future.

    Maureenpr,
You are right, the hands look great. Don't you think Themaskman should had also done the nails as part of the makeover?!?

Gothikin- It seems that we were on the same page. Next, I thought I go for a white gauze material or a thin sheer hair net that some woman wear to wrap their haeds in, 'or used too'...Yea, Those wrists make mine kind of clunky too. At least when it's against a wall. bonk, bonk, bonk. lol
jbrimaco- Thanks! Painting those nails is a good idea!
To the one's that bought this at retail before Halloween, I say it is still well money spent for this cool prop!

I have a simular one, but with tulling and skull face, it is all white. I was thinking at work the other day( my brain goes halloween all the time) about how to change it and came up with the cheese cloth thing, washed in rit whitner, to glow better under the black light. I like the addition of the hair, it really adds to it, personalizes it from the store bought ones.

Thanks again! I think the rit whitener is a totally great idea.
I figured I buy some g.i.t.d. spray paint and go over the sheer white material sometime. I think this might give mine a more ghostly appearance under the black lights.
