Just wondering if anyone has been to the Horror Nights in Orlando? We made our first trip this year.

This was my sixteenth year and my hubby's ninth year...boy, that makes me feel old! LOL
You picked an excellent year for your first trip IMHO. The past few years really were lackluster, this year moving the event back to it's "home" at the studios reignited that quality that was just somehow lost when it was done at both parks.
So...did you all enjoy yourselves?!!!
I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass. I'm all out of bubble gum.

We were there on Oct 27th for our first time...it won't be our last!!! I promised my wife I wouldn't spend any $$$ on props next year if we could just go! One of our members, BATFLY works there, if I'm not mistaken.

Wife & I went the 15th (I think). We did every house and every ride that was open, miraculously without an express pass. Highly recommended and we had a blast!
I would love to go back every year, but it's probably more of a once every couple years thing for me, since it's a 6+ hour drive to Orlando, and the traffic gets worse every year. We visit Orlando family during the rest of the year, so multiple trips get O-L-D.

I went 3 times this year! Have gone most years and will agree, this year was very well done!
So glad they ditched those d@mn rattle cans that were everywhere a few years ago!
I have heard that they are going to involve both parks again next year. It was a lot of walking, but I liked it when they did it that way.

If you haven't checked out the "Production Die-ries" they are still up at http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com and well worth taking the time to watch. There is so much time, energy and sheer creative genius that goes into HHN every year it's mind boggling. I use to love working at the studios, especially during HHN!
Check the "Production Die-ries" out yet if you haven't...it'll just get you even more excited for next year!I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass. I'm all out of bubble gum.

I would have liked it if I had the express pass thing. I hated all the standing in line. The haunts were cool but not worth waiting 2 hours in line though.
