Thread: Halloween sales?? What did you end up buying??

So i went on my normal after halloween shopping spree.
I first hit spencer gifts:
2 head fountains (17.50 each)
2 rotten talking heads (17.50 each)
2 different skul bats 4.99 and 8.75)
2 voltures (5 each)
1 mist maker (6.75)

Then i went to spirit halloween
lady of the lake (20 bucks)
spinning prisoner guy (40 bucks)
clown on a stake (12.50)
infested corpse (75.00)

Then to halloween usa
1 body parts apron

What did everyone else get??????

I cancelled my big shopping spree after last nights events. But I did go to spencers because I had gift cards to use and got a pig mask, pinhead, michael myers, leatherface and some other creepy looking mask.

The pickin's were kinda slim this year, but I didn't "need" much since I bought so much stuff last year...

Walmart: goodie bags, H-ween pencils for said goodie bags, fog juice, lace gloves, H-ween pants for DD for next year.
Target: metal lanterns ($4-5 ea), a couple of flaming cauldrons ($15 for 2), handtowels for the powder room.
Spirit: flaming lanterns ($20 for 2), monster gloves, latex vampire bat ($7.50?).

Spirit had a lot of costumes left, if anyone's looking for those, but not much in the way of animated or latex stuff. Both Walmart and Target were already pretty much wiped out before H-ween. I haven't scoped out CVS or Walmart yet. Maybe I'll hit them tomorrow!

Got a fog machine with ice tray at Walmart for $17.

I had to work past closing time at spirit, so I sent the wife on a mission. She came back with a posable spider, the roving ghost, crashing witch, plasma bulb, some scene setters, tree hugging monster, etc...

I am kinda glad I didn't go, because I would have spent too much. I am packing stuff up right now and I'm amazed at all the crap I/we have amassed!

I do not think I have ever been happier to see 2 people go shopping than Jon & Maximpakt!

HAHAHAHAH muffy!!! Just because I cant stand the kids around my street, doesnt mean I wont buy halloween stuff that is cheap!!
ITS IN MY BLOOD!!!! lol

I figure i can still use this stuff for the party i throw and for my pro haunt if i ever get enough courage to do it.

All in all, Sales are the best!!!

I hit Target and Spencers. I got:

2 Talking stone statue busts
1 Animated spirit crystal ball - (witch head)
2 Very large black widow spiders
2 nice headstones
1 costume
1 talking candy tray
1 Scream TV DVD
1 Large animated coffin, the canvas kind with internal light and door that opens and closes

and the very best thing of all was....."Honey, look I saved us $ 200 by shopping the sales!!"
