Your to-do list just got shorter having accomplished the set up! We have the same taste in scarecrows. We live in a woods so I always use whatever is laying around on mine. Each one is different and has their own personalities and I absolutely love the creepy look from using vines branches and other woods stuff. I would of made some that were shaped like yours if I had viewed them before mine were done, but there is always next year isn't there.

Thanks everybody! There's still tweaking and etc to be done and a few nagging projects... but I'm happy enough for my baby's first Halloween (and surprised I managed any of it because of the latter!).

Thanks for the follow up; I meant the one under the tree. We're currently leaning ours on a bail of hay, but I think we should improvise something like yours for next year.
