Ugh... it's not coming down so badly - in fact, we had a respite yesterday. But, it's supposed to start up again this afternoon and of course the problem is that everything is still saturated. At this point, it doesn't take much to sop and flood.

Weather is something we like or dislike but there is nothing we can do about it but accept it a pray for the respite of dry calm weather. Best of luck with your wish.

I'm with you llondra, the long range forecast for New Jersey has it at 70% for rain on the 31st... Here's hoping they are wrong...nothing more disappointing than preparing for the big day and noone comes due to rain! It also plays havoc with a few of my electronic props.....

Right there with ya sister! We had a monster rain and windstorm roll through a day or so ago, and it really ripped up my set up. Now they're calling for a chance of rain later and tomorrow - bah!!!

Rain Rain Go Away, Come Again Some November Day!

Everytime I try to plug in my electric stuff it rains for days,maybe I will build an ark instead.

I'm with you too. Raining a lot in IL. I want to put more stuff outside, but can't.

Humm....a haunted Ark. That has possibilities.

We had 2 inches of rain in one day a couple days ago. Now there is about 2 inches of water sitting in some areas of my haunted cornfield.

Rain and electric power for the haunt - not a great combination. I could become part of my haunt -- permanently!

The forecast for this weekend (we're having our party on Saturday) is starting to look kinda bad. It was fine last week and now they're predicting some showers on Saturday.
