Default How to make blacklight bubbles?

Does anyone have a a formula on how to make blacklight bubbles. I've seen the commercially available "tecknobubbles" but hate to pay $20-30 for bubbles!
Surely there is a safe easy way to make regular bubble fluid UV reactive? I'd thought about mixing up my bubbles from scratch using tonic water. Any ideas? Thanks!!

i know i used to make bottled water glow in the blacklight with the spongy ink thing in higlighter marker. i wonger if you made higlighter water, added soap, if it'd make glow in the blacklight bubble. hmmm, i might have to try this! but highlighter water glow REALLY bright, and the longer you leave in the sponger inards thingy, the brighter it glows.

Any bubble with an ink in it might leave a stain when it pops or settles on something. I'd try a double whammy - mix your tonic water with a laundry detergent. I don't know if the liquid versions of detergents are UV reactive, but I'd start there.

I use liquid All Free & Clear laundry detergent, and it definetly glows big time under a blacklight.
