Hey guys,
When I posted the link to Bellaonline, I knew that it would cause some alarm as to the sometimes narrow-mindedness that is apparent in our world. I am glad that some of you were able to voice your opinions directly to the author of the website. With littlespook's last post, however, I think that we should perhaps call it quits. If the author of the web page is receiving death threats, I think that our emails, while valid, are simply making a very bad situation even worse.
I know that personally, and I hope you guys agree, I don't want to be even remotely near a situation that has escalated to that level. Thanks

Aw, that's too bad. No matter her opinions, death threats won't change them and will just entrench the view that "Halloween people" are bad. Of course, her death threats may have nothing to do with your linking her page to this forum, it could be from anywhere or anyone. Don't feel bad.

Whoa !!! If anyone here is sending threats, you should know better ! It's one thing to voice your opinion to her and even get downright nasty if ya want. But threats like that are not cool by any stretch, especially if she knows they're originating from this forum we all share. Not good !

Hang on there friends.....I was NOT implying that any of these threats were originating from this forum. I don't know that. All I was saying was that because she was getting threats from SOME source, that we knock off for a little while.

Yeah when there are death threats that's got to stop. The ones who send those types of emails are just providing her with more to use against Halloween lovers.

I agree, Death threats are NEVER a good thing. They are also just fueling her fire. Its good to voice your opinion, but NEVER good to threaten anyones life. Thats just wrong.
