Hi Everybody!
Well, I am really trying hard to make the best of my Halloween this year. This weekend, I am getting filmed for the horror movie I am in again on Saturday, then Sunday, my wife and I are going to the PA Renaissance Faire which is their Halloween weekend called Halloween Daze and Spooky Knights II. -- It's a real blast!
Then, Thursday the 28th, I am going to the Haunted Eastern State Penetentiary Prison in Philly which was on a lot of paranormal TV shows. Then Friday the 29th, I am going to a Haunted Hayride in Bensalem, then Saturday the 30th, I am going to a Halloween party, then of course, I'll be outside having a blast with my neighbors on Halloween! What are you all doing to celebrate?

Wow. All that sounds like fun. My kids (my wife says I'm just a big one) are having a Halloween party on Saturday the 23rd. Haunted hayride, pinatas, bobbing for apples, scary stories, the whole nine yard. We're expecting about 70 kids ages 11-14 years. I've probably lost my mind but it'll only be for a few hours and the kids love it. It was the social event of the intermediate school last year. On the 30th and the 31st we'll be TOTing. Mooching candy where ever we can.

Wow! That sounds like fun!! I only have 3 nights of fun this year. Friday the 29th will be the office party, pumpkin carving and costume contests...then much better ghoulish fun for the brave souls who want to stay after hours

Saturday is my adult party at my place when the guests have to find out why the darn hotel room on the 13th floor (I love it) is haunted, then send the ghost on to rest....then the brave souls who want to stay late again, get the ghoulish fun
Then Sunday is my day to check out the local haunts and accompany my niece and nephew on the TOT adventures!
I used to think Sunday was a terrible day for halloween to fall on ! now I think you get the most bang! Try getting this many days out of a Halloween on a TUESDAY!!! [:0]

We're doing a small, (Werewolf Cage, Mad Scientist's Lab) scaled down House of Horrors at my daughter's Kindergarten on the 29th. The next two evenings are, of course, Full Contact.

I had no idea the PA Ren Faire was doing Halloween stuff. I know the winery usually did Edgar Allen Poe stories around Halloween time though. Anyone who is near that area should check it out, the PA Ren Faire was pretty impressive (or at least is was about 9 years ago which is the last time I visited). Let us know how everything turns out (and pics!).

I'm not doing anything major like you all. I am jealous now though. I have the most fun setting up my lawn which is already done. I am carving my pumpkins this weekend. On the 29th I get to dress up at work and that night plans are still up in the air, maybe a haunted house or they have a haunted forest by me so maybe that. The 30th I'm going to a bar all dressed up and let's just say I'm not the designated driver. Halloween I will do my traditional thing and hand out the candy trying to scare as many people as possible. I actually get a lot of people that refuse to come to my door when they see the decorations and me all dressed up. One year I had a girl standing on the street refusing to come to the door, I didn't want to scar her for life so when she went to the next house I went to the street and put some candy on my mailbox, when she came back my way I told her parents the candy was on the mailbox for her and her parents appreciated it and couldn't stop laughing cause the girl was so scared. I've also scared adults, which is really fun.

Gawd I have a whole lot of fun nights this Halloween because I am not working. I have more time to spend on Halloween this year.
This coming weekend the Hubby and I are going to a Professional Haunt called the Atrox Factory in a nearby town!! I can't wait for that because I have never been to it before. We are trying different things this year. lol. Also at some point this weekend we are going pumpkin picking for our Halloween jack-o-lantern that we will carve at some point (not sure if this weekend of middle of next week.. Probably this weekend though.)
The weekend of Halloween is going to be EXTRA fun because that Thursday at the school where my Husband teaches a lot of the students dress up for Halloween and he tries to get all the faculty to dress up for that one day and I usually go and hang up there and I will more than likely wear my new Kill Bill Elle Driver costume!! Then Friday and Saturday we will probably be out real late both nights dressing up and going to clubs! And then on Sunday we will attend my cousin's Halloween party she is having in her new house!
I am so excited I can't wait for this Halloween so much fun stuff is going to be going on!
