    I ordered a costume from ecostumes.com, and had many problems with this company. I tried to cancel my order through phone and email for over a period of one month now, and I am unable to terminate order. ecostumes.com has a phone number that is always buisy, and it leaves me unable to talk to any one. i ordered over $100 worth of ecostumes.com products, and never got them. I was also charged for these items, and haven't gotten any money returned to me. Just a warning to never order anything from ecostumes.com!

    I sent an email to them after reading this post. Hopefully they will respond to me and will address your problem.

    Deanna, make sure you dispute this with your credit card company, you will most likely get your money back. They will tell you what to do.

    Whether or not the poster is legit, The BBB gives ecostumes.com an F.

    F We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
