Hey sprfly thanks for the candle wax link idea. That's a good one. Here's something I thought of after I saw it. Make your mold of the skeleton face. Take some clay or even better some sculpty clay since you can bake it to make it hard. Then add to your skull, horns, cracks, more evil eye sockets etc. Then make yourself a vacuform table like the one here http://www.studiocreations.com/storm...ble/index.html . Drill some little holes through your new skull for the air to be sucked through. Then make a mold of your new skull using the directions provided at the link. I know it's alot to do but just think of the possibilities!!!

Hey sprfly have you ever used spray foam in the mold? Will it stick to the mold too much? I just got mine the other day.
