Hey All,
I have a few deer motors from broken xmas decor. I was hoping that some of you would help me with some props to build with them. I tried looking in here on the forum but didn`t see anything. If anyone could give me some links to a nice how to prop build using the deer motors , or tell me where on here I could find something like this. I would be very grateful. I seen on you tube the witch stirring the cauldron , that was a cool one because the head and the arms moved. But is there anything else I would make with these like a floating ghost or a hanged man with his legs shaking?
I also seen the breathing grave which was cool, and the tombstone peeker. Is there anything else I could make that is creepy?

More or less, anything you can use a vent motor for, the deer motors can also be used for with a couple of adaptations. They are easier to use also, due to being prewired, and basically a plug & play motor solution.
People have used them for anything; from tombstone poppers, to fcg's (a little to slow on fcg's imo). wallbreaker & ceiling breaker crank ghosts. You name it, they be made to do almost anything you can think of!
Here's a few off the top of my head:

That'll get you off to a good start

Made a tombstone popper with mine. Very easy to build and the Tots love it.
My son made a prop using this motor that raises and lowers a prop spider. He just attached a dowel rod to the shaft and tied fishing line to the end of the rod. The spider was then attached to the other end of the line.
Any variation of these types of props can be made using this motor. Just a word of caution though, the torque of the reindeer motor is very low. Dont plan on making a prop that requires it to do any heavy lifting or places a substantial amount of stress on the motor. The motor cant handle a large load and will reverse on you."By the pricking of my thumb....something wicked this way comes"
