We all know Creepy Crawlers and the Thingmaker. You have trays that have molds in them. You poutmr this stuff called Plasti-Goop into the molds to make bugs and things. There are various sets that'll work with it, other than bugs. One of which is called Fright Factory, which lets you make a shrunken head, as well as other things. Has anyone thought about using this in a haunt? This is prop making at its cheapest, and easiest.

when my daughter was little, she always wanted a fright factory. and can see using that stuff in a haunt. it would be fun to make too.

That was cool. I bought the 'Thingmaker' when it was on sale/clearance at the mall, and I've still got it around somewhere. After all these years, I'm not sure how usable the remaining 'gel' is, though... The only bad thing about using the molds to make props would be that they have no backs to them, so the heads/bodies would be more than a little flat
