One October night a helper of mine noticed some unusual activity happening across the alley, at the rear door of a store so he called the Police.
The Chief was handling this call. Caught! There she was a local woman, mother, wife, sprinkling "holy water" (she made herself, of course) around the doors of businesses to keep satan away!
(Just as she no doubt heard some other wak-job had been doing in Philadelphia , but he wanted cash donations !?)
The chief advised her to go home and look after her own family..
An extreme family tragedy then did happen a short time later in their household, which possibly need not have happened if she had been home and paying attention to her own family.
I would never wish ill-will upon her or her family. I have always felt sorry for her and people like her because their obsessions with gloom and doom shows me they are miserable people.
Yes. She was Glooming/Dooming long before the real thing found them.

Why can't they be more like this?
When I was a kid, my best friend, Mike and I were in a sporting goods store 25 miles from home, it was Christmas season and the young clerk in the basement of this business had Mike and I rolling on the floor laughing!
All that he was doing was lip-syncing to the looped store musical sound track! (Which he now knew VERY WELL!
Yes, he was rather purposely flamboyant in his gestures!"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

I have the same situation here. Fortunately, I live in an area with many shopping possibilities. My wife and I usually shop at Target or Fred Meyer for the types of items we might otherwise purchase from a Walmart. I'm no elitist, and I like saving money just as much as the next haunter, but in the case of Walmart, I'm willing to drive an extra two miles to shop somewhere else.
I will admit, however, that I occasionally go through our local Walmart just to see the people.

I can't do it during any holiday shopping season. :/ Heck, I shop online for all of the holidays anymore, just to avoid all of the bad vibes ruining my holiday spirit

www.peopleofwalmart.com is close enough for me too, Deadna
