It's official, the convention is moving to the big city(Portland Or). It's sad in a way, I always felt happy that the school for the deaf in Salem always got the exposure in the press, and I'm sure income from having the convention there. But for us it's way closer, and will be easier to attend the whole weekend. I think I'm finally ready to get psyched for next year again. My insurance company poo pooed keeping my props along side my house. They actually had an inspector come through and take pics of the coffins and fencing that I had stacked there. I do realize how classy that sounds, but I wanted to keep it out of the weather. I saved the coffins, but I had to burn the fence. I'm going to build the pipe style next year anyway. Any one else have any drama this year?
