This is either A) a new David Lynch movie trailer or B) the creepiest children's show segment ever. The answer is 'B', and every kid in the audience that day grew up to be a serial killer.

Where on earth did you find that?
I was going to say it was a 50s version of "Play em off, Keyboard Cat," but when I saw the little mouse at the end possibly DYING I was totally not in the mood for jokes. Hopefully the mouse was just taking a nap.
Very creepy. Real creepy.

I'd have probably found it funny if the singing were'nt so pathetic. Instead all I could think was...

OMG! The guy singing in that video starred in an episode of the original "The Twilight Zone". Ironically, his name is Andy Devine.
The episode was titled "Hocus-Pocus and Frisby". The main character was "Frisby", a country-store owner who told tall tales (or rather outlandish lies) claiming credit for some of the greatest accomplishments of the early twentieth century. An alien race comes to earth to kidnap him, believing his claims to be true.
That being said, this video is ten times creepier than "The Twilight Zone" ever was."Waiter, there's a hair in my soylent green!"
