Well I finally got around to putting up my first album, a compilation of pictures from our yard haunt and 3rd annual "Halloween Scream". Sheesh, organizing, editing, storing pictures could be a full-time job! Here's a few of my favorites from Halloween 2011 - a very magical year!

Nice pictures, everyone looks like they had a great time. I know it's tough to get the pictures together and posted in an album. It's always that last Halloween task you have to do once it's all over.

    Thanks for posting them.

Thank you everyone for your compliments! We were very pleased with the yard display, especially since this is only our haunt's second year and we were operating on a skeleton budget. Literally, a skeleton budget as our only new addition was the Walgreens skelly and the cemetery fence. It's amazing what you can do with a few flood lights. I was reading the instructions for my camera (a simple point and shoot) on Halloween day in order to get some nice night shots. Every single light bulb inside the house (except in the bedrooms) was replaced with a black light or colored LED, which really helped the party decor. I will try and put up a tutorial for the jellyfish costume in the next few months. I didn't take any pictures as I was putting it together, and since I was making it up as I went along I'll have to take some time to get it down on paper and take some photos. Inspired by the immense talent on this forum, my Halloween know-how, ability, and spirit have greatly increased in just a few short months since becoming a member. I can't wait to see how things look in 10 years from now! Thanks again everyone!
