Thread: Pumpkin seeds

Well I finally got the last of my decorations put away and opened 2 large pumpkins to take their seeds. I work 72 hours a week
so it took a while to take everything down LOL. Anyway I seeded a very large light orange and a very large dark orange pumpkin.
Out of each I would say I got at least 500 seeds. My point..... I bought 2 pouches of seeds from Lowes a year ago and
in each envelope was 6 seeds, yep 6 measly seeds. My backyard is 2 acres so im planning on planting a nice size pumpkin patch
this spring.

I bought clearanced white pumpkins and unusual gourds to harvast the seeds but don't have near as much room as you. It's gonna be a jungle out there next year

When the time comes, perhaps you could post pictures of your progress, from seeds to harvest.
