the shed is going to be put on cinder blocks, up about 6" from ground. getting a ramp put on the door as well. the floor is 16" center 2x6 pressure treated with a 5/8" tongue grove boards.
was thinking of spray foaming the walls in the summer time tho, still debating on that. The roof is having vents put in as well.
The roof edges are having drip edges installed and in the summer we're thinking of adding eavestroffs to it to collect the rain for the garden beside it.
I'm just happy to have a dedicated halloween shed! The wife is happy to get the third bedroom back.
Ive been watching this website since 2008 just havent needed to post anything yet as Im building up my abilities by reading all the members' issues. So learning lots and maybe have the ability to give input eventualy.
Glad to see there is alot of people in the north cold weather that store outside to learn from!

It's also doubly important to remove batteries in props out in the heat! I'm sure it'll get hot in the summer.

Make sure you paint the shed Black and Orange!

ha!
the wife wont go for black and orange. got black and green instead. but i will be mounting a skelly from the roof peak on the side facing the house tho
oh, and the front lights will be skulls. should look fun for the neighbours
