Thought I would share my version of a Halloween village. I can't afford the department 56 or lemax towns so have been making them myself. I use the little Christmas houses from micheals or other craft stores, scape the snow and garlands off and paint them in Halloween versions and themes. Thought I would post now in case anyone is needing craft ideas while those houses are in stock. Sadly the main producer California Creations stopped producing them and they are now few and far between. The figures are hand painted and carved O scale train figures.

Very creative ... you did an excellent job in converting them and making the figures yourself ... Kudos to you!

Wow, those look great (love all the details on the buildings, & the skeleton dude in all black (reminds me of Ghost Rider
)). What paints did you use? Love the color choices.
