We had a great time this year!! On top of being on the front page of our town's Sunday newspaper, we were so excited to have over 1200 ToTs come to our house, which is a lot for our little town! Last minute I decided to change our front columns and give them more of a brick feel to match with our house, I was working on them up until the last minute and was getting worried about not having them done in time. By far the biggest hits were the singing pumpkins and FCG, the kids just loved them and were constantly asking if the ghost was real and if our house was really haunted!
I just want to thank everyone on this forum for all the fantastic ideas and inspiration! Without the amazing people on this forum, none of it would have been possible. Thank you!!!
Here are some pics from the big day, more are in our album if you are interested. Thanks for looking!
And this is what we looked like by the end of the night![]()

Very nicely done! Love how you've set everything up, and the lighting looks great too.

WOW!! Absolutely gorgeous! This would be my dream display! The lighthing is perfect and really highlights your stones. Love the variety of markers you have, coupled with the use of pumpkins and skeletons. Really liking the use of the led candles throughout as well. Need to add this for next year. After looking at the very first pic I was blown away! Just fantastic!

Americans sleep peacefully in their beds at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Awesome. That is one fantastic haunt you have there. Great job on getting the matching columns done and the variety of stones in your cemetery look fantastic. That window is perfect for the FCG if that is an FCG...is your house really haunted?By far the biggest hits were the singing pumpkins and FCG, the kids just loved them and were constantly asking if the ghost was real and if our house was really haunted!

Thanks everyone!
GhostTown~ the lights were some blue CFLs we found at Home Depot, they really gave off a cool glow, we messed around with a few other flood lights before we found these. Unfortunately we have a streetlight aimed right at our yard too, so we tried to work with it as much as we could.
Yeah, we have a real ghost problem here. There was this one really pesky one that just kept floating in the upstairs window all night, such a showoff.
I don't think I will ever forget the look on one girl's face when we told her it was real. She just froze and her eyes got so wide while staring into our house. Her parents were laughing the whole time.
