Wow! Fantastic pics, Muffy! I loved them all.
I love your cemetery and all of the indoor decorations. You guys really went all out this year.
I'm glad your health cooperated and you were able to celebrate this year.
Congratulations!

Wow, Muffy you do one incredible job decorating. I have only gone through 4-5 albums so far but am blown away by all the scene detail. I'm sure your guests feel like they have been transported somewhere else. What fun to be an invited guest! Do you do a costume party?
I really like how you set up your gypsy fortune telling area. That was a very creative use of those canopy hanging thingies (sure they have a name but have no idea what they are called). Saw a few props I recognize from Big Lots and such and just love how you incorporated them into your haunt.
BTW is there a way to stop the flashing background on your photo site? The slide show doesn't work for me so I needed to "next" through each photo. The flashing was a bit distracting while I tried to see all the pics (and wonder if it might be a problem for anyone with epilepsy also). I'm still blown away thinking about all the time it took to create everything. When do you start decorating and where do you store everything? BTW nice yard too!
Oh and almost forgot that I wanted to say how much I loved your Collinswood Cemetary setup. I like how it segmented the yard and was it's own area. Plus I really liked how your signage was missing some parts of the lettering. A detail not lost on me!

I'm in awe of the amount of work that goes into this! Really impressive and I know your place has to be a favorite stop for everyone! Everyone looks to be having so much fun!

Thank you all for the nice comments!
Ghost of Spookie We do not have a costume party & oh how I wish we could. Hubby & I are pretty sick & don't socialize at all. My friends & family do not live anywhere close by. Neighbors on both sides....well been here 6 yrs. & one set does not talk to anyone, the other set does not like halloween!lol So makes for a pretty lonely get together! A couple of yrs. ago I was going to try & have a night before Halloween where the neighborhood would get together for chili & hot dogs & games for the kids. I use to do stuff like that all the time when I had my diner. Just could never even round up some help to kick it off. Halloween night we see so many nice people, but getting them interested in getting together did not pan out.
The gypsy tent will be larger next year & most likely moved outside. Gonna try to have someone telling fortunes for the kids.
Yes I did not think about the lightening pages causing a distraction.
We start decorating as soon as Jerry is ready. We always use to put stuff up early when we had the diner. Now that I have gotten sick everything has changed. Jerry has to do most of it himself especially since my hands are going now too. Before I use to get things done really fast but now with only 1 person doing it, it takes awhile. I think he learned this year that it really takes more than 2 weeks to get this all up. SO next season we'll hopefully get a early start on things. The cemetery sign was something that needed to be worked on & painted this year....just was not enough time.
As far as storing stuff......hahahha! Its everywhere, under the beds, in the barn, in the garage, in the basement, on the shelf above the washer, in the pantry, outside, in my office........need I go on?...lol
